A development centre wants two nights a week and it clashes with team training

My child is U12 and has been offered a place at a development centre. It sounds positive, but two of their sessions clash with the grassroots team and I'm not sure how much football becomes too much. Before we agree to anything, what questions would you ask the centre and our current coach about the schedule, expectations and what happens if they miss club training?
