The Coaches' Room is a free football community where coaches, players, parents, referees, club officials and other people involved in football can ask football-related questions, receive Immediate Answers and, where they choose, request responses from UEFA-licensed Verified Coaches. These Terms explain how the service works and what you can expect.
The Coaches' Room may provide an Immediate Answer to a football question using automated technology and football knowledge available to the service, together with current football rules and guidance where relevant.
Immediate Answers are provided for general football information and guidance. They are not a guarantee that the information is complete or appropriate to every individual situation.
Where the service does not have enough reliable information to provide a suitable answer, it may decline to provide an Immediate Answer. This is a deliberate quality choice, not a fault.
A Verified Coach response is personally considered by a human UEFA-licensed Verified Coach through the moderated Coaches' Room question-and-answer system.
This is distinct from an Immediate Answer, which is generated using automated technology. You can request a Verified Coach response after receiving an Immediate Answer, or you can use the Immediate Answer feature on its own.
Verified Coach responses are provided as part of the free community service. They are not a professional contractual consultancy service, and The Coaches' Room does not guarantee any particular coaching outcome.
Football rules and guidance can change between seasons. Individual leagues and competitions may also apply specific rules or variations that differ from the general position.
Where a decision depends on the exact current rule for a specific competition, you should check the official competition or rule source. Immediate Answers and Verified Coach responses are provided in good faith but may not reflect every competition-specific variation.
The Coaches' Room provides football information and guidance. It is not a medical diagnosis service and does not provide medical, mental health or safeguarding advice.
If you have concerns about health, injury, safeguarding or an emergency situation, please seek appropriate qualified or professional help and contact the relevant authorities directly. The Coaches' Room is not a replacement for professional support or emergency services.
Immediate Answer request. When you ask for an Immediate Answer, your question is private by default. It does not enter the public community workflow, does not appear in Explore, search, feeds or coach queues, and is not published unless you separately choose to send it to a Verified Coach.
Question sent to a Verified Coach. If you choose to send your question to a Verified Coach, it enters the existing Coaches' Room question process. From that point, the existing Community Guidelines and publication rules for community content apply. You can read more in our Community Guidelines.
The Coaches' Room is a community where members can post questions, replies and follow-ups. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed:
Consequences. Content that breaches this policy may be removed without notice. Accounts may be restricted, suspended or permanently banned. Serious or repeated abuse may result in permanent removal from the service.
Reporting. Reports of objectionable content are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. You can report any question or reply using the Report option, or contact us directly at hello@thecoachesroom.football.
Removing your own posts. You can delete your own questions and replies at any time. This is your right as a member of The Coaches' Room.
The Coaches' Room is currently a free service. Immediate Answers and Verified Coach responses are provided at no cost. These Terms describe the service as it currently exists.
