Why are Verified Coach details private?
As stated in the FA rulebook for the 3v3 format - there are no offsides. Offsides only come into play from u12's onwards. As a coach, I wouldn't focus on coaching this at this stage but u10 and u11's I would gradually teach them a bit more about offsides.
