How do you teach players to move after they pass without shouting 'move' all game?

Ours pass and admire it. The ball goes somewhere else and they basically become a spectator. What game has actually helped people with the second movement after a pass?

Why don't we show coach names?
I’d design the next movement into the game rather than keep shouting it. A simple 3v3 to targets works well: when a player passes, they cannot receive the next pass in the same space. They have to move somewhere useful. Another option is a give-and-go scoring bonus, where a goal counts extra if the passer moves and becomes involved again. Use the condition for a short period, then take it away and see whether the behaviour survives. I also like asking the passer afterwards: “Where could you help next?” rather than saying “move” before they have read anything. The key is purpose. Moving for the sake of moving is not the target. We want them to understand that after the pass, the game has changed and they may be able to create a new angle, drag a defender or support the next action.

I also stopped shouting 'move'. Asking 'where can you help now?' between reps gave the movement a reason.
